i don't think ali did anything to her hair. i think its just some odd lighting that got in the shot. as for their looks, they are basically the same look, so we're kind of just voting on who's prettier Sticking out tongue

Rebecca's is a little more put together whereas Ali looks like she's not wearing anything at all. Her cheeks are a little too red and natural looking.
