Amanda looked just right in an off-kilter Thakoon dress to celebrate her cover on Gotham magazine. Her black-patent shoes with a baby tie are adorable and her woven clutch provides further depth. She let the dress shine with minimal jewelry, but played with her makeup colors and messy hair. Congrats cover girl!

Regarding FRINGE craze, well before Kate Moss, Sarah Jessica Parker wore fringed sandals in the SATC episode when Miranda gave birth...her water actually fell on Carrie's shoe.
