I was watching The Devil Wears Prada last night and Emily Blunt's character wears a nice one in her opening scenes.

As with most things, looks best when it works with what you're wearing.

Pass on the Forever 21 one. The links aren't smooth and it snags EVERYTHING.

I love this look. The tassel detail totally changes an ordinary looking necklace and can add that something extra to a classic shift dress or a casual shorts and tank outfit.
