yes!! i was wondering who would make fun of that comment stephanie made last night! i thought it would be great for 'talk soup'! i was confused if she thought hamsters turn into guinea pigs when they grow up or if her hamster died and she replaced it with a guinea pig. at least lauren understood the difference i think.

That comment was so ridiculous.
I got that she was saying it was small when she got it, then it grew bigger.
I don't know...I just know that it was really stupid.

LOL That was Stephanie's cali blonde comment on the hills. Granted Hamsters can become huge, but not as big as a Guinea Pig.

Hahaha I remember laughing with my sister about this when we were watching it. Oh my God, I love Lauren's face!! I THINK I understand what she was saying (about it being small and getting bigger) but I'm not so sure she knew they were different species.. I wouldn't put it past her.

That by far, is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard in my life. I feel bad for her hamster/guinea pig/rabbit/gerbil who even knows what!

Not to defend Stephanie Pratt's intelligence (or anyone else's on the show) but knowing the difference between a hamster and a guinea pig is not on my litmus test for how smart someone is.

They're both rodents - who cares.

Even if you're not a guinea pig expert, you know what those furry fellas look like, right? They are most definitely not supersized hamsters and, frankly, I don't even think baby guinea pigs resemble adult hamsters. However, Stephanie Pratt made this baffling comment on last night's episode of The Hills.

What do you make of this? All I can imagine is that she used to have a hamster that died and was replaced with a guinea pig . . . even Lauren looked surprised. What do you think Stephanie's trying to say here?
