no way - perfection, as usual! she is one of my favorite red carpet dressers, because she always takes risks and ends up looking flawless. I like that this is a little more age-appropriate than she usually goes for (even though she always looks stunning even in somewhat skimpy dresses), and while I agree that the neckline is wierd, I think she looks amazing...
