While the women of Lipstick Jungle continue to juggle their fabulous lives, they do so in smart dresses, pared down basics, costume jewelry, and high heels. Yep, sounds like the powerful New York women I know. We're starting to see a very casual Wendy, due to her newfound unemployment, while Nico and Victory always looks stellar — and colorful! Here are the three beauties smiling for the camera, say cheese.

*deep breath*

This show has made me realize something...I need to find comfortable high heeled shoes. Seriously. Every pair I have either carve my heels and toes to bits, or they make the balls of my feet feel like they're on fire.

So...this year's big purchase with my birthday money? Louboutins.

i love a majority of the clothes on the show and i have ot say that my favorite look this past week wasn't from the three women, but from wendy's daughter - the blue strapless dress w/ the green crinolin underneath? wow that was my FAV!! if anyone can figure out who the designer is i would love them for EVER
