I love how Kelly paired it with that studded belt, but I'm not feeling her shoe choice, so I chose Miley because her look is fun and playful.

Kelly rocked it much better than Miley. I know Miley has to play it safe, but there still was no need for a tank top underneath. It's not THAT low cut.

uug really dislike Miley (and am a kelly fan) so it pained me to pick miley. But the little bit of white hanging out of the top of the dress really brings the whole look together.

I actually think they both look pretty great, though I'm not a fan of either. I am, however, a huge fan of cute dresses.

kelly! though her curves work in her favor. I like how the belt cinches in so the skirt flares out and the waistlooks tiny. I also like that the top part is more fitted.

I can't stand Miley but that wasn't the question I think she wore it better. Maybe if Kelly didn't look kinda weird in that pic I'd have felt differently..

I saw the pic of Miley a few days ago and wanted the dress ($, though). It even prompted me to look for cheaper alternatives! So I picked Miley, haha.

let me just start by saying that I can't stand either of these girls. however, while I prefer how Kelly wore it (I like the almost non-matching shoes, the studded belt, and her rock & roll vibe), but I think the dress itself looks so much better on Miley. don't get me wrong, the tank underneath was unecessary and kind of takes away from it, the necklace is lame and kind of ugly, and the shoes match too easily (a little boring), but she looks fabulous...

I picked fit and interesting hair (I'm tired of seeing that same long extension style) or shoes. Kelley definitely should have worn black shoes, but overall I liked it on her better. Plus Miley is irritating to those of us who are legal.

Guys perspective, the high waisted Empire look is usually only attractive on Twiggy type figures. At least Miley distracts you from this with jewelry, a white tank drawing your eyes up, and a more successful pairing of shoes and belt for a more balanced look. Bless Kelly's heart, but the short hair especially, puts the unattractive Empire style in sharp relief. It makes her look fat in the backside. Both these girls are good at accessorizing though. You get a good idea of Kelly's cultural affiliations with her studded belt and shiny leather bag and short hair. Weirdly, Miley and Kelly's families are not all that different, really. I wonder how Kelly dressed when she was 15? (Bolt premiere Nov. 18, 08)
