I never skip breakfast. Seriously, I can't remember the last time I skipped breakfast.

Yay! I am so making a healthy breakfast Xmas morning! Just like yogurt and fruit I think. And then we have a turkey lunch with my boyfriends family and then turkey dinner with mine!!! Goodness!

if I do "skip" a meal, it'll probably be lunch... I have dinner super early with my fam so I'll probably just have some veggies and fruit

I don't skip any especially since dinner is usually later than usual. I don't want to be super hungry by the time I get to eat. I was even thinking of having a somewhat heavy lunch.

I like to have Miracle Muffins www.miraclemuffins.com for breakfast. They have 7-9 grams of fiber, 9 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat and they are under 100 calories! They contain wheat bran, oat bran, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, psylium fiber, chicory fiber, soy protein and wheat gluten.
