By the very nature of survivor's guilt and the loss of their child, I'm sure John and Kelly already feel "responsible" enough for Jett's death without the Scientology rumors, just by playing the "what if" game that every parent does when they lose a child. I feel so badly for them; I don't have any children myself, but I cannot fathom what they are going through.

i have to admit, i did think of CO$ for a minute, and the allegations that they didnt get him proper care. but ultimately, it's just such a sad, sad story. my heart and prayers go out to them. john travolta seems like a good person and he must be so terribly heartbroken.

So tragic for them. I feel for the whole family because of their great loss but also because they ultimately won't be able to handle this privately without speculations and accusations. No matter what was happening in their home, these parents will have enough guilt to last a lifetime just from not being there in time or doing something differently to prevent this tragedy. RIP Jett.

As everyone has said, it is very sad. It is also a bit shocking to me. Though there is no rational reason for it, I am always surprised when a tragedy strikes the life of a celebrity. It is like I think they are immune. Clearly, they are not. Anyway, it is heartbreaking. I can't even imagine the heartbreak they feel. My sincere condolences to the Travolta family.

Really sad. Losing a child is not something you ever "get over".
I believe this is the second time John has had someone he loved dieing in his arms. Fatal bathroom head injuries are not so rare really. Easy place to fall with many hard surfaces.

For the people who want to blame COS, the family evidently has had him on medication, according to a post on TMZ. Also X17 received some very nice family photos with Jett that they've posted. He looked so much like his father.

I just read the people site on new developments on this family and it made me cry. I pray for them and its really heartbreaking losing a child. My dog has seizures and I took him off his meds because the docs said the meds seem to make him worst. I just cherish and comfort my dog during the attacks because Im not sure if he can survive or not. This retired lady I visit on my volunteer time had a seizure too and hit her head on the vending machine. She reminded me of Jett now because with all her bleeding I thought she would not make it.

I am a huge fan of John and his films
When I heard about this tragic news. I was so saddened.
