UGH!! Again with Cameron Diaz and her hideous makeup. Her makeup artist should be fired. Over and over again she shows up with a foundation shade that is much, much too dark for her and ages her so much, anincorrect lipstick shade, and way too much bronzer. This picture is hard to see all of this in but if you saw the actual awards you know what I'm talking about. Everytime I've seen her "dressed up" lately her makeup has been a mess. No excuse when you have access to professionals.

The roots of her hair are very visible. She goes from brown to blond abruptly, not very elegant imho. Her make-up looks nice though.

Yeah. This isn't adding up for me. There is too much weight in the hair around her face and it is aging her. It would have looked nicer pulled away a little but.

I was just watching the Holiday the other day, and I LOVED her hair there, so simple, lol. Not sure if I like this hair color on her, or the style-makes her head seem big, and the lip color is kind of funny, but I love the make up on her eyes.
