I love some of this look! I know in winter it's supposed to be whites, browns, blacks, greys. but I would add some kind of color maybe in the little tie! I would also omit the little trench cape. I just don't get the whole jist of it since there is an outer coat. Also the shoes are just too spiky for a work day. possibly those great new heals that have more girth to them and then some more thickness to the front part of the shoe where you'd be putting your whole body weight on them all day. (I don't know the name of the style of shoe). I love the tights too.
