thats not the phone he normally uses... he has some sort of touch screen phone im not sure what kind though.. you can see it in the photos of him walking around vancover and la... this one must be for calls to UK.. makes sense

does it really matter? he can do whatever the hell he likes. he doesn't need to upgrade his phone if he doesn't want to....its just a phone. why does his life have to be scrutinised that hard?

I don't care about phones. The only reason I get a new phone once in a while is because you get it for free at the beginning of each contract. I hate that things nowadays have all these functions that you're never going to use. I also hate reading manuals, so I don't. With my last phone I only called the first 2 months, because I didn't know how to put dots and space in a text message. Finally I still had to read the manual. Now I can do all kinds of stuff with it, but my contract will end in a few months, and I can't pass up free things. So not everyone is excited about the latest technology.
