Trend Alert: Secret Sequins No celebrity endorsement implied.

There's this theory that sequins can be too flashy and thus trashy. If a glimmering Alexander McQueen head-to-toe bodysuit is freaky to you, secret sequins may strike your fancy. Kate Walsh donned Stella McCartney's nude tank with gray ombre jeans and she looks friggin' fantastic. And we weren't even there. I'd imagine the sparkles radiated in the Monte Carlo sun. Ever so subtly, though, that's the secret.

I am not a fan of trousers with zippers on the pipes, but Kate can't look bad in my book.

She looks great! I don't think I can ever wear a full on sequins top during the day, but she rocks that top!

I WANT a top like this! Of course, I do not want to spend $700 or even $100 on it, and all the cheapie versions of the top I find only have sequins on the front of the vest, not on the back. Like that's not a dead giveaway. I so hate when stores and clothing lines do that put something on the front of a garment and leave the back all plain. And YES, I know your get what you pay for --- but in these times if you think you should not be expecting to find similar items for less $$$ then you are crazy..... b/c people are not spending the way they wore a year ago.
