It's great to see a celebrity talking up therapy ! I think the world would be better if EVERYONE had a therapist ! and I heart Mandy Moore.

I think Mandy Moore is so beautiful, and I am glad that not only is she takiing care of her body, but her mind as well, she is definately a good role model for young girls, and doesn't look like a popsicle stick. I have a 15 yr. old who is self conscience because of all the popsicle sticks on t.v., and it's ashame that the american girl has so many body issues because of it.So cudos for Mandy for doing more than being in a gym 24/7, and for taking care of her body and mind, we need more role models like her for the american girl, and less of the ones with eating issues.

I like her. She's definitely a lot more "real" to me than a lot of other celebs. I think that just about everyone could benefit from therapy. The people that don't think they need therapy are probably the ones that need it the most.

She's the one who should have the workout video (and attention) not that bimbo, Heidi.
Mandy is beautiful!

It's nice to hear about a celebrity that seems to have a lot of sense and a good head on their shoulders eevery once in a while. I have always liked her bc she seemed to be humble and down to earth. Glad to see that she is keeping fit in the right way unlike some - hmhum Gweneth.

FitSugar Says:

Mandy Moore appears to accept herself gracefully, brushing off Hollywood ideals and expectations and replacing them with her own. While dealing with a relatable love-hate relationship with her hips, the singer is working to achieve a deeper sense of balance in her life. She told Women's Health, "I'm into having balance in my life and trying to treat myself well." To find out how Mandy nourishes her body and mind, read more.

Mandy exercises her body by going on hikes and doing Pilates three or four times a week, and she achieves mental health and happiness by receiving regular acupuncture sessions and going to therapy. She loves acupuncture and says, "It's so restorative. It brings me back to myself." The therapy sessions are "freeing" for Mandy because she gets an unbiased view and doesn't feel like she's being judged. It's clear that Mandy is doing everything she can to take care of herself, and her efforts are paying off.
