Who is this mystery woman and who designed her bright-ass bag? That would be Fab fave Anne Hathaway on the streets of NYC and Chanel. Double trouble. Anne was obviously in a dress-down mood — black leggings, cute flats, a simple striped top — but behold a gorgeous, plush turquoise Chanel. Anne always requires a slice of glam and her bag baby is as delicious as blueberry pancakes. Pass the syrup.

I personally love bright colors, bright ass bags or otherwise all year round! They spice up the fall and winter and just display the summer spirit. They add excitment and pop to an outfit!
