If you ask me, TOTALLY inappropriate for her age, If i would have stepped out of my bedroom like this at her age, my parents would have flipped out, thats not even technically a full skirt is it? if she had thigh high boots shed remind me of julia roberts in pretty woman.

She looked completely age appropriate! Who other than a 16-year-old is going to wear a glittery skirt and tank top? I love this look.
