the nice thing about being younger is you can try different trends, but i think she has too much going on in the same outfit. really, i've learned its best to keep it simple and play up only some of your look to keep it interesting without look bombarded by trends. this look would've worked if:
1) she got rid of the belt and got rid of some of the shorter necklaces she wore (like the cross)

OR

2) she kept the white tank, the sequin skirt, simple necklace and sexy black shoes - caged or peep toe booties
