IMO she looks much better with her new color. I also like her make up in the newer picture.

I never realized until now just how light her hair is. In my mind it's always so much darker. The new color looks good.

The second picture is so much better, both hair and make up soften her look, something she needs with her strong features.

Yes indeed - good haircolor change. The previous washed her out big time. Change for the better for her!

Good...the make-up that was done in France was awful, I thought she would melt.....this is natural....she really doesn't need much...lucky girl..

I understand going with a lighter hair color during the summer, and I think she definitely looks better now than she did at Cannes, but I think she looks best with dark brown hair, like she had at the Oscars.

I love caramel-colored hair! I searched all over and finally found hair extensions in this color. Just beautiful and I don't have to mess with highlights. Love her highlights btw.

At last night's Inglourious Basterds premiere in LA, there was something different about Angelina Jolie's hair that I couldn't quite figure out. Obviously, she's lightened her locks considerably since her more goth-y days of years past, but after comparing photos from her red carpet appearance at Cannes back in May, it looks as if Angelina's warmed up those famous strands with a little touchup and softer, more-caramel/less-gold toner. While we've seen her in a light wig on the set of Salt earlier this year, and let's not forget her blond bob in Life or Something Like It, this version of a dark, honey-toned blond seems to be working for her, no? The change may be subtle, but it just goes to show you how a slight change can make a big difference.
