Gloves have a certain mystique. Then there's the upped glam factor when you slip into gorge(ous) gloves. Remember how screen sirens of yore seduced with their Hollywood waves and sexy satin gloves? It may be early Fall, but Lily Allen mixes things up in her black ruched gloves; with her dark shades she looks very incognito chic. I love gloves...of course being from the midwest I HAVE to love gloves! I think the longer ones that started popping up last Fall/Winter are a great way to wear 3/4 sleeve sweaters/shirts longer! I can't wait to change over my wardrobe from Summer to Fall!!

I really love Lily's ensemble - I love how she used opera gloves in such an unconventional, modern, and casual way; and yet played up the elegance of the gloves with the necklace...

I adore this entire look! Simple with the right amount of eccentric flair. The gloves, the sunglasses, the necklace and then topped with a tousled updo and conservative makeup. Totally gonna shoot out this look early fall.

AHHHH THAT NECKLACE IS INTENSE I love it!
I'm so excited for fall. Gloves have to be my number one favorite fashion trend. ANd my mom has a ton of vintage leather gloves... I'm getting amped just thinking about it
