Victoria Beckham was probably so proud to see Blake Lively donning her stunning creation at the Saks Fifth Avenue soiree in NYC. It doesn't take much for the Gossip Girl to shine, but I can't help but be blinded by the crisp cobalt hue. This bold blue is once again popular, and I can see why. It's simultaneously daring, yet sleek, and complements every skin tone.

Try this bright blue on a dress, like Blake does, or pair it with neutral separates. I've always been a fan of wearing it with gray for a downtown sophistication.

I agree, the perfect dress. Blake actually looks very sophisticated and sleek. Nice to have the girls hidden for a change and the length is good too.

OK, seriously, stop whining about people's weight. I'm sure everyone can decide on their diet for their own. Not everyone is anorexic just because they're skinny- and Blake isn't even that skinny, she has a normal, thin body.

OT: I do love that color. The perfect color to brighten up a dark outfit.
