The woman looks fabulous in anything, at any size! Its a little tighter than I would prefer but she still looks great.

i totally forgot she was pregnant, then i saw the bump and was like WHOA! quite a surprise to wear such a tight dress, but she pulls it off.

i like the dress itself and i think that it suits her - i'm just surprised that she went this route. she's usually wearing flowy things when she's this preggo but i guess it was about time to switch things up a bit.

I am not feeling it. I think she is gorgeous, but something flowy would look a lot better than this tight dress. It looks so uncomfortable and makes me cringe.

I love it because it's not the same flowing shape that's been done a thousand times. It's such an unexpected silhouette and it really grabs attention.

I think a short dress would have looked much better (though still maintaining the fit that this dress has, since she is pregnant [and Heidi Klum] she can pull it off without looking slutty), plus the fact that it was hot and she is about ready to pop-I think it would have been a better choice all around
