A little bit of rain didn't scare Rachel Bilson from heading out for some breakfast in LA. Everyone's gotta eat, right? To fend off the raindrops, the actress donned a cozy, rain-proof outfit consisting of a khaki trench, white tee, oatmeal cardi, skinny jeans, and Jimmy Choo for Hunter rain boots. For accessories, she donned her favorite bag-of-the-moment: a Phillip Lim studded bow bag. Functional, yet totally cute.

I have no idea why she's a celebrity, because I've never seen something she was in, but I adore her style. 10 out of 10!!!!

Can someone say overdressed? I live in the Greater LA area and we haven't had weather yet that requires 3 layers.
