She looks awesome. I credit her genes and her taking care of herself. I never thought being in your 40s meant you had to look bad. I don't think she looks good "for her age." I think she looks good at her age, just like she looked good at 25 and 30.

I think her hair is too short. It reminds me a softer, more feminine version of Tintin.

She is a pretty lady though...

she is overrated, her looks are butch, to much clown makeup, not natural looking, her nose is wide, ears, well lets not talk about those, her eyes are crazy looking, yes i have seen someone else say that, but they do, they make to much over her, with not good acting skills, i guess the black community needs someone, but she's not it.

Someone get me Halle Berry's phone number, because I want to know all of her fountain-of-youth secrets. At the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in NYC, she had heads turning to get a glimpse of her in that super-sexy cutout cocktail dress. I love how her mismatched earrings play off of her short, tousled pixie cut, and the warm brown and salmon-pink tones of her makeup create a glowing effect. To get tips on re-creating her makeup at home, [break]read more.[/break]

  • Eyes: Since Halle is wearing different textures and tones of brown shadows, I recommend buying a palette with several shades in the same color family: a matte dark brown for the crease, a neutral light shade as a base, and a shimmering toffee brown for the lids. Try Sephora's Brown Smoky Eyes Palette ($38), which has a variety of shadows, including a natural beige for the lids, dark brown for the crease, light chocolate for the lids, and metallic gold to create that shimmering effect. Use the coffee-toned liner to softly line both the upper and lower lash lines, along with black Lash Plumper Mascara to open up the eyes.
  • Cheeks: For that glowing-from-within appearance, it's all about cream-based products. Apply a creamy warm pink blush to the apples of the cheeks and lightly tap in and blend around the hairline. Try Boots No7 Blush Tint Cream in Rosebud ($10)
  • Lips: Line around the lips with a creamy lip pencil, like Smashbox Doubletake Lipcolor in Amaretto ($18). Lightly dab any harsh lines with your finger, but don't fill in the lips completely on the bottom center of the lip. Instead, add a nude or pink glosssuch as Revlon Beyond Natural Cream Lipgloss in Nude, to create fullness with a touch of shine. ($8).
