I love the dress don't get me wrong but there is something off putting about it on her. I think it seams a little heavy, if the length was shorter I think it would lighten it a bit, or it could do without the arms and make it sleeveless.

I can't figure out if I like the dress because even if it WERE ugly, it would still look fantastic if Eva Mendes was wearing it. Hard to tell if the dress is great...I just know that Eva is great.

The dress reminds me of fish scales. It reminds me of that one girl from ANTM cycle 4 i think. She was pisces, when the girls dressed up as astrology signs.

I kind of love it - it is a little out there but it is so crazy and cool and I WANT IT! I don't think the length or the volume are a problem; the only reason I think some people don't like it is the choice of sequin - the sequins themselves are so big that it makes the dress seem a little cheap-looking or just too crazy. but I absolutely love it; it's now going in my favorite dress ever book...

Love it on her, but I doubt many other people could pull it off without looking like they're wearing a costume.

She makes it work. It's everything about Eva. her skin, her smile, he body language, her body type. This dress works for it... it could go so wrong on someone else (ie: me)
