Ditch the boots and wear nice bright colored tights instead and pair it with some high-heeled pumps.

She is pretty, but this outfit doens't cut it.
I would take off all that tacky jewerlly and then i would put a white belt on her high wasit to match the boots (i love the boots). The goal should be to keep this look simple and fresh, t=otherwise it can turn into a hooker look FAST!

I personally think that the dress is s bit harder to wear because it's see-through, so a dress out of a different fabric is where I would start. I don't mind the boots but the hair, bra and necklace would have to go. I would have let my hair down and worn one of the pretty jewelled headbands that InStyle had a special on recently, and maybe some white gold andcrystal bangles to brighten up the black dress. FAB i can't believe you wouldn't mention the red bracelet over the sleeves. ack i do not like it, actually i don't like a lot about this look. i would leave everything home except for the black dress.

now considering i like to look very classy, i probably would have soft curls and pull it up in a chignot or a tight bun. then i would wear oxford-like booties in black. i would also wear a long gold necklace with a pendant in the end.

Keep the sweater dress and pair it with some simple strappy sandals instead of those boots. Let out the hair - make it a little loose so it's not straightened to oblivion and lose all the accessories (the necklace, rings and think round her arm)down to maybe just one ring.

I Love the look. SHe has her own style and she look cute.. i like the dress/ however I cant see the bra.. but she looks hot and I like the pony.. Fashion is not about lookin like everyone else.. It's creating your own style and loving it.

i only expect over-sexed over-done looks from this girl. afterall, it was before her first movie when pictures came out of her groping David Silver's crotch under a table at a sidewalk cafe. nothing but class from her!

despite being gorgeous, she's not exactly the epitome of class. i remember in one article she talks about having the libido of a 16 year old...i'm sure you can get the rest of the article.

although i have qualms about her outfit, especially the necklace, i like her hair. it's just the half head poof and pony tail bit, plays up the sultry but is also casual.

I think the dress would be better with lower less slouchy boots most likely in a darker color. I'd wear a black tank under the dress and I definitely wouldn't wear it with the cheap looking jewelry and the horrible hair. I love Megan but she looks like a hooker here.

i would rip that ugly necklace from my neck even if i started bleeding. And burn the boots after i take them off. I would replace the nasty slutty looking boots with some cute probably gold zapatos.
