Ashlee Simpson-Wentz rang in her 25th year at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas with a smile on her face. To cover up her black bikini, she sported black overall shorts, sans shirt, a black and white fedora, and layers upon layers of gold bangle bracelets.
