Whitney Port was spotted in New York, full of smiles while filming scene's for this season's The City. She brought out her inner street style in a splatter painted black tank, a pair of distressed cut offs, a studded belt and a pair of black sneakers. Her stainless steel watch and snake skin purse added some femininity to the look which can me mimiced here.
