Gwyneth didn't let a little arthroscopic knee surgery get in the way of a day at the beach with her little Apple on Monday. The Paltrow-Martin clan spends most of their time in London, but I'm sure Gwyneth is loving showing Apple the sunny LA coastline -- not to mention living with her in the house Gwen grew up in. She is stateside to film Ironman, but the shooting was delayed a bit while Paltrow recovers.
